Yes, moderators will keep an eye on things. As the forum grows, we will need volunteers to moderate.

For the time being it is best to allow guests to post. Our early experience is that it is easier for some people to post the first time without having to register, especially those who are not used to forums.

If we turn out to have a problem with spammers, then we will change permissions so only registered users can post, but for now it is open posting.

Edited to add: we do prefer people "Register" as a member of the forum if they can manage it. When registering you are asked to provide a user name. Please do not use your real full name. This forum preserves anonymity. The only requirement to register is a valid email address. We ask that all those posting be members of EA.
