The EA Board of Trustees is meeting tomorrow (Tuesday June 18, 2019) to discuss Karen Mead's May 1 letter to them posted here:

about the illegal changes to the 2017 bylaws. Also, Scott Jakel emailed me to get the web address for this forum so we know the Board will be looking at posts here, in addition to reading their emails.
