Some month ago I became a practitioner of helios, and online, free open-source secure voting system. It also provides for complete anonymity as all that is required is a valid email address for each person the organization defines as being eligible to vote.

Many EA members do not have face to face meetings to attend. This would provide them a way to also participate in the world wide votes. The Board commented in their June 2019 meeting minutes that participation of groups in their elections was very low and this would be a way to increase that.
