Becoming an official EA site

I apologize for posting here but can't see how to start a new thread.

I want to be more on top of what's happening at Int'l but time is at a premium. It seems like communication it the problem - and that has not been done in the most efficient way. I've unsubscribed from the Constant Contact emails because there are toooo many of them. Would not the money being spent for that service be better used to send fewer emails about really important business such as that which recently happened?
